2x double acting hydraulic valve with joystick
Complete set of hydraulic components for mounting 2 x double acting hydraulic valve on compact tractors
Operation of this set is by means of a joystick with 1 m long bowden cables. Through this joystick, the operation of the 2 x double acting hydraulic valve can take place with 1 handle and this handle can be freely placed within the range of the bowden cables.
This set is widely used for front loader control, flail mower control or front linkage control.
Includes compression fittings, valve and all necessary accessories
Available in three versions:
- 10 L (tractor supply pressure line: 10 mm)
- 12 L (tractor supply pressure line: 12 mm)
- 15 L (tractor supply pressure line: 15 mm)
Set includes:
- 1 x twice double-acting hydraulic valve block from the Italian quality brand Bondioli and Pavesi
- 1 x supply hose 1.2 m long
- 1 x drain hose 1.2 m long
- 2 x compression fittings for connection to discharge lines (10 L, 12 L or 15 L)
- 4 x ½ inch coupling housing/quick coupler
- 4 x cap coupling housing
Mounting double-acting valve with joystick
Building a hydraulic valve does require you to be technical.
The valve is placed in series between the pressure line of the tractor, if you measure the pressure line (diameter 10 mm is 10L version) and order the correct version, you will be supplied with the correct compression fittings.
You place the valve at the desired location on the fender and then mount from the pressure line in series the hoses provided.
Be sure to connect the discharge line and return line properly. The discharge line should come directly from the tractor pump and the return line continues its way to the swingarm.
Helpful tip, the press side of the valve is located on the side of the overpressure on the valve. This is also indicated on the supplied valve with a card.
